State Board of Equalization –To apply for a seller’s permits. Seller’s permits are required for any person or business which is engaged in selling or leasing tangible property that would be subject to sales tax if sold at retail. Sellers permits are required for wholesale sales and manufacturers as well. Please check the website for more information.
