 The
Chamber is an organization composed of business, industrial
and professional people who volunteer their time and expertise
to promote and improve the civic and economic wellbeing of
Pico Rivera. It maintains a centrally located and highly accessible
office staffed with full time employees to coordinate the
affairs of the organization.
To assist businesses, the Chamber provides business card
and flyer display in the Chamber office, issuance of certificates
of origin, publication of a business newsletter and Chamber
member and City phone referrals. It also hosts industrial
tours and educational seminars and provides legislative advocacy
for its members. The Chamber also coordinates regular membership
mixers, which are held at a member's location. These events
offer excellent opportunities to showcase the business, develop
networking links and locate and pursue new business leads.
