The Administrative Department of the City of Pico Rivera handles a wide range of administrative functions providing overall administration, coordination and direction to City departments. The Administration Department consists of the City Manager, Assistant City Manager, City Attorney, City Clerk’s Office, Human Resources Division and Public Information Office.
