Summer Street Fest Entrance/Exit – Pedestrian access on Rosemead Boulevard to the event will be limited to Dunlap Crossing Road and Rosemead Boulevard, and the Smith Park Walking Path entrance on Rosemead Boulevard just before Mines Avenue. Pedestrian access is also available on Mines Avenue from Passons Boulevard and Lindsey Avenue.
Event Arrival Time – Due to the all-day set up of the event, for the safety of the attendees and set up staff, attendees are asked to arrive at the event no earlier than 3:00 p.m. on event day. Attendees are also advised not to leave any chairs or personal belongings to save seating areas for the Concerts. The City will not be responsible or liable for any items that are left behind, moved for the purpose of setting up, or that are stolen or damaged while un-attended.
Guest Comfort – For the viewing convenience of others in attendance, no canopies, shade shelters or umbrellas are allowed along the Mines Avenue viewing area. Also, to maximize the enjoyment and the amount of guests who wish to view the concert along Mines Avenue, roping off sections for the purpose of saving spots is prohibited. All seating areas along Mines Avenue are on a first come first serve basis. We want as many people to enjoy the sights and sounds along Mines Avenue as possible.
As always, we want everyone to have a fun and safe experience at the Summer Street Fest. City staff including Deputies from the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department, will be available throughout the event to answer any questions or concerns you may have.
At this time, we are no longer accepting applications for Summer Street Fest Vendors. Please check our website frequently for updates on the acceptance of Vendor applications for future events. Thank You for your interest.
