How to set your monitor resolution:

Windows PC
1. Go to your "Start" menu and select the "Settings" menu item.
2. Select the "Control Panels" icon
3. Select the "Display" icon
4. Click on the far right tab, "Settings"
5. Under "Screen Area," choose the desired monitor resolution
6. Click "Apply"

Macintosh OS 9 and below
1. Using the control strip, find the resolution icon (checkerboard monitor)
2. Choose the desired resolution setting
Note: you can also select "Control Panels" from the "Apple Menu" and choose "Monitors" from the list. A window will appear with a list of monitor resolutions. Choose the desired resolution.

Macintosh OS X
1. Go to the display icon in the top right corner
2. Select your desired resolution from the list.
