Curious on lookers will notice that construction of the Norms restaurant located at the corner of Rosemead and Beverly Boulevards has been completed and there is now a steady flow of customers going in and out of the popular restaurant chain.
Just prior to the opening, Norms had been hosting private parties to give their staff an opportunity to get final hands on training.
The Pico Rivera Norms is the chain's 18th restaurant in Southern California.
Construction of the restaurant started in November of 2013 and was completed in just 7 months.
The 7000 square foot Norms seats up 260 guests and has a workforce of 250 employees of which 30% are City residents.
The Pico Rivera Norms is now open for business and is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
