City residents now have a new way to communicate to City Hall through their smartphones. The City has partnered with My Civic Apps to launch “MyPR,” a new app to help users connect to City services, activities, and programs.
Residents will be able to submit service requests from their smartphones or access important city information regarding events, emergency alerts, and more. The “MyPR” App provides easy access to information and will allow the City to be more responsive to customer concerns and suggestions.
“This is just another example of how we are using today’s technology to reach out to our residents, and for our residents to reach out to City Hall” said City Manager Rene Bobadilla. “Our goal is to make City Hall as transparent and easily accessible for our residents while continuing to provide excellent service.”
The “MyPR” app is available for Android and iPhones. To download the “MyPR” App on your smartphone, log into your app store, search for "My Pico Rivera" and click on the link to download and install the application to your phone.
