Over 3,000 people showed up to Pico Rivera City Hall to kick-off the Holiday season on Sunday, December 3 during the City’s Annual Holiday and Tree Lighting Festival.
Over 18 tons of snow was brought in for the snow play area, and visitors also enjoyed children's arts and crafts, food vendors, live music, and a special visitor from the North Pole, Santa Claus complete with Santa’s sleigh.
The highlight of the evening was the lighting of the Civic Center Holiday Tree which will now be lit daily through the Holiday Season.
Pictures from the event can be on the City's Facebook page.
