STARBUCKS – 9257 SLAUSON AVE.

The City of Pico Rivera received a Conditional Use Permit application for the development of a 1,030 sq. ft. drive-thru Starbucks with a walk-up window. The project site is located at 9257 Slauson Avenue (APN 6382-021-031) in the Commercial General (C-G) zone. The project was approved by the Planning Commission on August 15, 2022.
