Residents who have had service interruptions with their Spectrum service for 4 hours or more may be entitled to a service credit.
Accounts are not automatically credited, residents and other affected customers must contact Spectrum’s Billing Department at 1-833-267-6094 to make a formal request.
Requests and credits will be will be determined on a case-by-case basis. Please be sure to check with a Spectrum respresentative to ensure you have the latest equipment available or details about your current plan. Slower internet speeds or service interruptions may be caused by an outdated router, or a plan with slow internet speeds (low latency). Credits will not be applied to planned outtages.
