Water-Wise Gardening and Backyard Composting Workshop

The City of Pico Rivera invites you to a hands-on workshop on Tuesday, August 5, 2025, from 5:30 to 7:00 PM at the Pico Rivera Community Garden (8606 Beverly Rd, Pico Rivera, CA 90660).

Learn how to create a beautiful and efficient outdoor space while saving money on water through water-wise gardening practices. The workshop will also provide an overview of how to use garden and food scraps to create nutrient-rich compost for your yard or garden.

Early attendees will receive free water-wise seeds to help start or enhance their sustainable garden.
