- Express Permits are only available for the following permit types:
- Residential Mechanical
- Electrical
- Plumbing
Examples:
Water heaters, Gasline repair, Heater replacement, Panel upgrades
2. Express Permit is allowed only for the following zones:
- Single-Family Residential
- Single-Family Residential Estate
- Multiple-Family Residential Variable Density
- Planned Residential Unit Development
- Specific Plan 301
A contractor must be ready to provide active California State Contractor’s License and City Business License information.
