Start the New Year stress-free with Beginners Yoga offered at Smith Park on Monday and Wednesday evenings beginning March 1.

Increase your energy, reduce stress, and feel refreshed. Beginners Yoga will provide participants an opportunity to practice beginning, and intermediate Yoga poses that are designed to improve flexibility, strength, and balance. All levels are welcome to participate in this class; modifications, if necessary, will be demonstrated. The fee for the March session (9 classes) is $72. A new session will start after the conclusion of the March session, on Monday, April 3 for a fee of $56 for 7 classes.
