As ADA construction continues at City Hall, all City services are available at City Hall West during normal business hours, Monday through Thursday, from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Residents are encouraged to take advantage of the services offered on Virtual City Hall at pico-rivera.org.
Due to the ongoing construction, and the upcoming refurbishment of the City Council Chambers, meetings of the City Council have been relocated to the Department of Parks and Recreation Office – Community Room, located at 6767 Passons Boulevard. City Council meetings can also be viewed online on the City’s YouTube channel, pico-rivera.org, and on CTV3 for subscribers of Spectrum Cable.
