The City of Pico Rivera will be hosting Tikitaka Futbol Training Academy, an in-person program at Rio Hondo Park, during the months of October and November.
The academy is for ages 2-7 and will be divided into three groups: ages 2-3 on Tuesday evenings (parent participation required); ages 4-5 on Wednesday evenings; and ages 6-7 on Thursday evenings. All academy sessions are from 5:30-6:30 p.m.
Each lesson will help participants learn the fundamentals of the futbol (soccer) through workouts, drills, and techniques while gaining the concept of teamwork. The October session runs from October 5-26 for $65 for each age group. The November session runs from November 2-16 for $50 for each age group.
