Celebrate Responsible Pet Ownership This April with Pico Rivera's "Leash Up! Clean Up!" Campaign!

Join the City of Pico Rivera in a fun and educational campaign to promote responsible pet care. The “Leash Up! Clean Up! Pico Rivera” initiative encourages pet owners to leash their dogs at our local parks and clean up after them to keep our community clean and safe.

Each month, pet owners who show staff a photo of themselves with their leashed dog at one of our parks or of yourself disposing of your pet waste in one of our designated pet waste receptacles, will receive a FREE GIVEAWAY, while supplies last. We also encourage you to share your photos on social media using the hashtag #LeashUpCleanUpPR to spread the word and inspire others to join in.
