The City’s annual Halloween Spooktacular returned to Smith Park, marking the first major annual event to be hosted in over a year. The Spooktacular included carnival-style games, inflatables, and everyone’s favorite, the Trick or Treat Village. City staff estimate well over 8,000 ghouls, goblins, witches, and other spooky visitors were on site for this year’s event. There were so many, not even the Ghostbusters could keep up!
