This past February, Los Angeles County Supervisor Janice Hahn, took a tour of the City that she now represents. This past December, the County of Los Angele re-drew the district lines, and as a result, the City of Pico Rivera is now part of the Fourth District, supervised by County Supervisor Janice Hahn.
This was Supervisor Hahn’s first tour of the City since she was named Supervisor. During the tour, the Supervisor visited several locations, including City Hall, the Smith Park Aquatic Center, the Pico Rivera Library, the Whittier Narrows Dam construction area, and the Pico Rivera Sports Arena.
Since Pico Rivera has become part of the Fourth District, Supervisor Hahn has expressed interest in partnering with the City on several projects, including parks, transportation, economic development, and water treatment.
