The City of Pico Rivera received a Conditional Use Permit for the development of a 2,400 sq. ft. Starbucks with drive-thru. The project site is located at 9036 Beverly Boulevard. The Starbucks will include a 14-vehicle queue drive-thru, 18 parking stalls, and indoor/outdoor seating for 54. Construction is estimated to begin in Fall/Winter 2023 with a Summer/Fall 2024 completion date.
