The City of Pico Rivera will honor fallen members of our nation’s military forces at the annual Memorial Day Ceremony on Monday, May 27, starting at 10:00 a.m. at the Mines Avenue Veterans Monument.
The morning will start off with a complimentary breakfast from 8:00 a.m. to 9:45 a.m. Breakfast will be provided to all Veterans, family, friends, and guests of all ages.
The Ceremony will pay tribute to all of our past and current Veterans for their service to their country and to their community. Scheduled for the morning ceremony are speakers who have served in the United States Military, and the reading of all the names of the fallen soldiers from Pico Rivera.
For those unable to attend the event, the ceremony will be broadcasted live on the City’s Facebook page and recorded for CTV3, which will air the Ceremony throughout the month of May. The Ceremony will also be available on the City’s YouTube channel and Video On Demand service on the City’s website.
