Business Improvement District
In October of 2021, the City of Pico Rivera secured a $100,000 commitment to establish a business improvement district. The district will establish community benefits such as:
- Unique signage & special events
- Private security
- Beautification
- Infrastructure improvements.
- The business improvement district will serve as a precursor to a tax increment finance district (EIFD, CRIA, etc.).
- The City is working with New City America as consultants for the business improvement district.
