Project Information
On November 21, 2023, the Planning Division received an application from Southern California homebuilder, Brandywine Homes (www.brandywine-homes.com/), to build a new, 95-unit, gated townhouse community with private community pool and associated guest and private parking at the current site of the Knights Inn hotel. Each unit will have two enclosed parking spaces and there will be 24 guest parking spaces within the 4-acre development. The site plan includes 16 separate townhouse buildings, three stories in height with each unit having enclosed parking garages. Common open space consists of a private community pool and recreation room.
PLANNING COMMISION HEARING
On Monday, April 15, 2024 a public hearing will be held to consider Conditional Use Permit (CUP) No. 758 and Vesting Tentative Tract Map No. 84271. The project documents are linked below:

Community Meeting
The applicant along with city staff will hold a Community Open House to review the proposal, gather feedback and take input from the public.
